The VA+ Team is dedicated to providing career pathways for the most needy in the Philippines. That's why, in 2026 and beyond, 10% of our workforce will be staffed by women and female students experiencing financial or lifestyle challenges. We aim to empower them with opportunities for training and a stable career in the virtual assistant and marketing industry.
But we are not stopping there. In partnership with Lunas Masahe, we are dedicated to providing critical water infrastructure to underserved communities in the Philippines, with a bold plan to add deep wells to 500 communities that are currently lacking a clean water supply. These wells will provide water for washing, drinking, cooking, and cleaning, and can also provide employment opportunities for those in the community wishing to resell water to other communities in need.

Our ideal franchisees come with deep experience in an industry. They are passionate about helping others in that industry to solve problems, and uncover creative ways to solve those problems through VA+ products and services. Our franchisees come with a deep network of potential clients already in their contact list. They are coaches and cheerleaders and true partners to their clients, and are willing to build deep one on one relationships with their client base. This approach allows franchisees to build clients that stay for years, spend more, and are willing to allow VA+ to become an integrated part of their business.



We've done the work for you. We've developed the best and lowest cost marketing strategies, combining multiple channels including cold and warm calls, emails, direct mail, and social media engagement. If you're servicing businesses in your local market, these are the strategies we will teach you.
We have hundreds of hours of sales calls for you to listen to, plus documented sell sheets, websites, and order forms for you to use during your sales process. And we use the term sales, but it's really a Discovery process, where you talk one on one with potential clients to understand their pain points, then jointly develop a plan for them to alleviate those pain points. Most of the time you'll provide a virtual assistant to them to help them with the overwhelm they are feeling from having to do marketing, social media management, calendar and email management, scheduling and rescheduling, and many more back office tasks. By the time you're done with them, you won't really have a lot of selling to do. You'll assess if VA+ services are a good fit for them, they will do the same through the conversation, you will recommend a simple low cost solution to start with, then simply ask "where would you like to go from here?" No hard sales pitch, no high pressure tactics. This approach maintains trust and puts your client at ease.
You'll need to maintain your relationship with your clients. Plan to check in with them at least every one to two weeks to see how things are going. This shouldn't take more than 15 minutes once the relationship and service is stable, but you might want to start out with 30 minutes at first. These meetings also give you the opportunity to provide more value by identifying additional areas they may need new or expanded services in... in other words, Upselling!
You'll also need to check in on their VA's performance, ensuring that their VAs are showing good attendance and performance, and checking in once in a while directly with the VA to make sure they are happy.
You might start out with a small number of clients and perform all these tasks yourself for a while. Once you start expanding, you will want to bring onboard marketing, sales, client success, and general admin help. You will be able to hire all of these folks from the Franchisor, and we will help train them for you as well.
